After a thorough search, Tandem, which has recently achieved significant profits, has appointed Matt Dobson as the new Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Dave McCarthy. Matt, currently the Director of Treasury at Tandem, has 25 years of experience in finance and treasury within the UK banking industry. He has played a key role in the company’s financial strategy, notably leading the first Tandem Second Charge Mortgage securitization.
